Private classes are £60/hour, with the option of a discounted rate when booking a block of 6 classes.

8:00am - Flow & Restore (3Tribes - Hot Yoga)
2:00pm - Set Sequence (3Tribes - Hot Yoga)

Workplace Sessions
I’m really passionate about bringing the transformative power of yoga and meditation directly to the workplace.
Desk-bound roles can lead to discomfort and stress. One of my biggest complaints from clients is they feel their posture is deteriorating due to being sat in front of a screen all day. My yoga and mindfulness classes are designed to alleviate these issues, improving both physical wellbeing and productivity without ever having to leave the office.
I offer options for either in-person sessions or virtual classes for your team, with flexible scheduling customised to your team's preferences. Whether you need a morning energy boost, lunch-time rejuvenation or some post-work relief… I've got you covered.
