I am an experienced yoga teacher with 11 years of personal practice and a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. I specialise in Vinyasa, Hatha and Hot yoga, as well as pranayama and meditation techniques. I take pride in customising my classes to meet the unique needs of individual students, prioritising relaxation, relief, strength, self-confidence and flexibility. Many of my sessions incorporate elements of meditation and breath work for a holistic experience.

As a mother, yoga has been a lifeline for me, igniting my passion to share its profound benefits – especially with beginners and those seeking mental solace. I prioritise cultivating an overall sense of wellbeing, both on and off the yoga mat. My overarching mission is to share the transformative nature of yoga with others. I am dedicated to imparting my knowledge and guiding individuals on their journey toward wellbeing and self-discovery.

My background as an actor has strengthened my body awareness, enabling me to give precise guidance on alignment. With comprehensive training in breathing techniques, I forge deep connections between breath and movement throughout practice. Furthermore, my acting experience has fostered empathy, allowing me to connect deeply with students and hold space for their emotional or physical needs. I pride myself on fostering a playful but focused atmosphere in my classes.
